Terms of Service

Last updated: June 7, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ThingTick mobile application (“the app”). By downloading or using ThingTick, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ThingTick for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Your Account & Content

You are responsible for the content you add to ThingTick and for keeping your account secure. You retain ownership of your content. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the service or other users.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

4. Reminders Are a Convenience, Not a Guarantee

ThingTick helps you remember, but it is a tool — not a guarantee. Notifications may be delayed or fail to deliver due to device settings, operating-system behavior, or other factors outside our control. You remain solely responsible for your payments, renewals, appointments, and other obligations. Do not rely on ThingTick alone for time-critical or safety-critical matters.

5. No Professional Advice

ThingTick does not provide financial, medical, legal, or other professional advice. Content such as maintenance schedules, health reminders, and templates is for general organizational purposes only. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions in those areas.

6. Intellectual Property

The app, its name, logo, design, and software are owned by ThingTick and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThingTick and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or missed obligations, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
